hk-bannerBlackSquare was selected to be part of the Government of Canada’s mission to the 6th annual Hong Kong International ICT Expo held April 13-16th at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre.  A BlackSquare display was featured within the Expo’s cloud-based services and applications area within the Government of Alberta pavilion, and Matthew Protti, BlackSquare’s CEO presented at an information session.The annual, bi-lingual conference (Cantonese & English) presents the newest products and solutions in information, communication and technologies to a large audience of technology and retail firms from the Hong Kong and Mainland China market.

Drawing on BlackSquare’s global experience and reach, CEO Matthew Protti delivered insights in his presentation, “Powerful Ecommerce Trends: Global Best Practices.”

Matthew’s talk was part of a group of global companies presenting under the banner “Going Social, Mobile & Cloud for Business Success.”   This session’s presentations included:  Cloud and Mobility in Hong Kong (Microsoft Hong Kong), How Cloud Adoption is Changing the Business Landscape (Fuji Xerox), Mobile and Social by Google (New World iMedia), Weibo (SINA Hong Kong), Customer Engagement in Mobile (Radica Systems), and Mobile Commerce (eBay).
