About The Project

Diageo was seeking to build out its eCommerce strategy with a new, public-facing platform for Haig Club, a joint venture in Whisky with David Beckham. Goals were to provide a logical shopping experience to engage visitors for the purposes of improving overall conversions, increasing revenue through up-sell and cross-sells, and product promotion through existing social media platforms. All products purchased on the site are processed and fulfilled by BlackSquare at partner facilities in the UK. BlackSquare remains engaged in ongoing commercial operations to provide data insights and recruit high intent consumers.
