Diageo was looking to accelerate their eCommerce capability and fundamentally transform the way they interacted with their consumers. A rebuild of transformed a brochure-led site to an eCommerce-first revenue centre, with goals of converting more consumers, driving search ranking, and dramatically increasing the digital mental and physical availability of their brands–all achieved through a proven pilot. Demonstrating scalability, BlackSquare built the Germany expansion just one month after the UK launch, and will continue to expand across multiple geographies, widely increasing Diageo’s footprint.
